The Challenge
askporter technology is critical in ensuring residents, clients or tenants can register their maintenance problems to Facilities Management (FM) professionals as quickly and confidently as possible. The triage element to the platform ensures end users get the right trades person to quickly solve their maintenance problem. With askporter FM teams get the right information they need to fulfil the task and can manage their time properly. The askporter brand had little awareness so their marketing team called on HuHa’s experience in PR, communications and original research to vastly increase press coverage that will raise awareness of the brand across the housing management and FM sectors.

The Strategy

HuHa created a PR strategy that included news releases, profiling of askporter’s experts, thought leadership articles, recommended awards and an original piece of research that highlighted the pain points across the FM sector in 2025 and beyond.

The research piece was a great success, revealing a problem of disconnect throughout the sector, leading to staff shortages, inadequate FM procedures and many more pain points, that ultimately made a case for FM managers to procure askporter.
